Kick-off symposium Gravitation programme Material Driven Regeneration
On February 2nd the official kick-off of the recently granted NWO Gravitation programme, Material Driven Regeneration, will take place in at the technical University of Eindhoven. The gravitation program is a collaboration between Regenerative Medicine Utrecht (UU, UMC Utrecht and the Hubrecht Institute) with partners from TU/e and the Institute for Technology-Inspired Regenerative Medicine (MERLN) of the University of Maastricht.
During the kick-off the programme will be presented by the consortium members. The central goal of the gravitation programme Material Driven Regeneration is to investigate, design and use intelligent biomaterials that drive and reinforce the body’s own regenerative power to contribute to the curing of a number of chronic diseases. Renowned speakers will headline their cutting-edge strategies in the area of biomaterials for the benefit of regenerative medicine during this Symposium.
The kick-off is scheduled on day two of the Institute for Complex Molecular Systems (ICMS) outreach symposium that starts on february 1st. For more information and registration check the website of the TU/e.
